Our Vision:To improve the health and well-being of area residents through the continuous pursuit of accessible, exceptional, integrated and sustainable healthcare resources, programs, and services delivered by a collaborative team.Our Mission:All residents of North Hastings will have access to exceptional primary healthcare services.With a state of the art facility, the newly renovated clinic provides services to all the community through our Primary Care Providers, and visiting Specialists. Located adjacent to the Quinte Healthcare Corporation (North Hastings Hospital) with a 24 hour emergency room, we are located in the Professional Services Building with the Dialysis Clinic, Public Health Unit, Community Care Access Centre and other community focused agencies. The clinic remains central and accessible to the residents of all seven municipalities which actively support us. |
